Multipanel Replacement · CHRO

Every panel wanted something different from the same hire

Qween

Three stakeholders at Qween each checked their own slice of the bar across three to four separate panels. Recruit41 covered all of it in one 90-minute session, on one rubric.

The Recruit41 interview planner, showing one 90-minute session split into an introduction, a fundamentals block, live coding and a technical deep-dive.

At Qween, a hiring manager, a technical lead, and HR each walked into the same candidate's process wanting to check something different: fundamentals, coding ability, real technical depth, fit. Satisfying everyone meant three to four separate panels per candidate, each testing its own slice of the bar, each adding its own scheduling delay. The candidate cleared every panel individually, but time-to-hire kept the clock running the whole time, and no two panels ever produced a result anyone could compare side by side.

Recruit41 replaced that stack of panels with one interview, in one sitting, built to flex across formats and cover everything those panels used to check separately, fundamentals, live coding, and technical Q&A, scored against a single rubric. Every stakeholder still gets what they were checking for; they just get it from the same session instead of four separately scheduled ones, and time-to-hire drops because nothing is left waiting on a panel's calendar.

Recruit41 was able to mimic that with precision… it delivered a one-and-a-half-hour interview that covered fundamentals, coding, and technical Q&A.
